WhatsApp and Telegram AI bot for customer support and sales

You get an AI bot on WhatsApp or Telegram that answers customer questions from your own content, follows up on leads and passes the conversation to a person when it should.

Quick answer

I build AI chatbots for WhatsApp and Telegram on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and the Telegram Bot API, with an OpenAI or Anthropic model that answers from your own documents through RAG, plus a Node.js backend, n8n automations and a handover to your team. It is the same agent, RAG and backend work I do on the AI platform Joni (joni.ai).

What I build

Customer support bot

Answers common questions, orders and bookings around the clock from your help docs, policies and product data.

Sales and lead qualification

Asks the right questions, saves the lead, sends prices or links and books a call in your calendar.

Human handover

Passes the chat to a person with the full history when the customer asks or the bot is unsure.

CRM and tool integrations

Saves leads and conversations to your CRM, Google Sheets or database through n8n or a Node.js backend.

Replies in many languages

Logs and safety rules

Conversation logs, answer-quality checks, rate limits and rules for what the bot must never say.

AI agents in production

I build the backend services, agent workflows and integrations of this AI product platform: the same building blocks a support bot runs on.

n8n automations

Certified n8n AI agent builder

Workflows that connect AI steps to apps, CRMs and notifications, so leads and tickets land where your team works.

Backends at scale

300M+ and 1M+ users

The DOP and CV Maker backends stayed fast under heavy traffic, so a busy bot does not slow down or drop messages.

How a project works

  1. Scope call. We talk through the goal, the current state of the product and what success looks like.
  2. Written plan. You get fixed milestones, delivery dates and a clear price before any work starts.
  3. Build in small pieces. I ship in small steps with regular progress updates, so you always see what is built.
  4. Tested delivery. Delivery includes tests, documentation, handover and free support afterwards if something breaks.

Frequently asked questions

Do you use the official WhatsApp API?

Yes. I build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), which Meta provides for business messaging, so your number is not put at risk the way it is with unofficial tools.

Can the bot answer from our own information?

Yes. It answers from your help docs, website, price lists and product data through RAG, and says it does not know instead of making things up.

What happens when the bot cannot help?

It hands the conversation to a person on your team with the full chat history, and you can take over at any time.

Can it qualify leads and book meetings?

Yes. It asks your qualifying questions, saves the lead to your CRM or a sheet, and can send a booking link or alert your sales team.

Does it work in Hebrew?

Yes. The bot replies in the customer's language, including Hebrew and English, and you decide the tone and the rules it follows.

What do I need to get started?

A WhatsApp Business account or a Telegram bot, the content the bot should answer from, and the flows you want: support, sales or both. I set up the rest.
